We have a NO REFUND POLICY.
Once you book your appointment you must send your $21 deposit via booking site in order to solidify your spot. There is a 10-minute grace period for each appointment after 10 minutes it will be a $10 late fee added to your service. After 15 minutes your appt will be cancelled and deposit is non-refundable. Your deposit does go towards your service. You will receive a confirmation text upon booking. Please confirm appointment through text.
Please keep in mind that if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment you will lose your deposit and appointment slot and will have to repay a $21 deposit if you decide to reschedule. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to text me at: (615)275-6394.
